Oil Change in Summerville, SC at 1849 State Road

Wonderful service from the absolute goats, Brandon and Mike! From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They didn’t just provide a quick oil change. They made sure everything was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work. What really stood out to me, though, was how enjoyable they made the entire experience. Brandon and Mike both had an awesome sense of humor and kept the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming the whole time. Instead of feeling like just another customer, I felt genuinely appreciated and taken care of. It’s not every day you come across a team that combines excellent customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and personality all in one place. They turned what is usually a routine errand into a genuinely positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Take 5 to anyone needing an oil change or any routine car maintenance. Brandon and Mike are a huge reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

Guys were super nice, but had a super hard time removing the oil filter. After 2 visits lasting a total of 2 hours we had it towed to another facility as the filter had been destroyed trying to remove it so driving it was not possible. This is in no way the fault of the men here, as the filter was done at the prior oil change at a different facility. At the end of the day they paid for the tow, the truck got fixed and I went on with my day. The pricing for an oil change is the hard part to swallow with these facilities with dealerships and other places being anywhere from $40 to $75 per change. My bill here was $112, oil is oil and a filter is a filter. You are merely paying for the convenience to sit in your car.

Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Brandon (Pit), Tarris, and Mali (Service Writer) were all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly and made the process quick and stress-free. I also had my antifreeze flushed, and I could see just how dirty the old fluid was while they were changing it, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to see a team that is honest, thorough, and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be back!

I just left Take 5 on State Rd. and I must say that Ryder, Chris and Lindsey are absolutely AWESOME!!! Everything was explained thoroughly, service was quick and professional and the team was very personable! Take 5 definitely hired a great group of people!! I will DEFINITELY be back! Instead, they took the time to explain things in a way that felt honest and realistic, which made me feel confident choosing a few additional services. And the cherry on top? They even made my fur baby feel comfortable and happy during the visit 🐾—which says a lot about their level of care and attentiveness! It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. My oil light came on a couple of days ago, and I forgot about it! I'm a delivery driver for the holiday I went in to your shop on highway 176 the address is 1851 State road at 20 minutes till 7:00 and even after a long day of work they were ready to do my oil change with no problems Ronny, and Brock to care my car with no problem not one complaint and I appreciate their fast service and friendliness
