I had such a wonderful experience at Take 5 Oil Change, even though I wasn’t there for an oil change! I stopped in because one of my tires was low on air, and Paul went above and beyond to help me. As soon as I pulled in, I asked if he would be kind enough to put some air in my tire until I could get where I was going. Without hesitation, he smiled and said, “Yes ma’am, I’d be glad to take care of that for you.” From there, the service just kept getting better. Paul offered me a bottle of water, carefully guided me into the correct position while making sure I watched his hand signals, and then checked and filled the air in all four of my tires—not just the one that was low. He even cleaned my windshield and wiper blades. Before I left, Paul took the time to explain what he noticed about my vehicle. He recommended replacing my windshield wipers and pointed out which tires I should consider replacing soon. I never felt pressured—just genuinely cared for. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and truly went the extra mile. He sent me off with a warm smile and invited me to come back, and I absolutely will. Thank you, Paul, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience. Take 5 has definitely earned a loyal customer!
I came to Take 5 Oil Change today to get my oil changed, and JADEN, BRANDON, RONNY provided outstanding service. They were very helpful in explaining the recommended mileage for my next oil change, checked all of my fluid levels, and filled my tires to the proper pressure. They even cleaned my windshield free of charge, which was a nice surprise. Everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. The whole process was quick, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. Thank you, Jaden, Brandon, and Ronny, for the excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location.
