I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed today. Ricardo did a great job—he was professional, friendly, and very efficient. He made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. I also want to recognize Zac for being helpful and providing great customer service, even stepping in to assist during my visit. And a special shoutout to Hayston, the manager, for leading such a well-run and customer-focused team. It’s not often you find this level of professionalism and teamwork. I truly appreciate everyone at this location and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Robert McClary,I visited Take 5 for an oil change, and got what I expected, a quick oil change. What I did not expect was the way the crew worked, efficiently, friendly and enthusiastically. They asked about my car and were interested, while working constantly. The three staff coordinated so well it was obviously it was second nature to them. Although they checked fluids and topped them off, there was no effort to sell me anything extra. I left having actually enjoyed getting an oil change, a feeling I had never done before.

I think the young man who helped me was named Khadafi he was very pleasant and explained everything. The assistant manager and I don't remember his name I'm sorry was also very polite.
