The service was unbelievable it was so amazing to pull up and to have the guys to greet me with a bottle of water and take their time to explain to me some of the things that I needed to have replaced and why I needed them to be replaced I give you a 💯 plus I've never had my oil change so fast lol and didn't even have to get out of the car they was amazing thank you guys I recommend anybody to visit the guys off of ladson in Summerville South Carolina

For anyone reading this, if you went anywhere other than Take 5 to get your oil change..........IT WAS DONE WRONG.....PERIOD❗️ If you went ANYWHERE else other than Take 5........the customer service sucked more than straws❗️ Please go visit Charlie, Kilean and the rest of the fellas at Take 5 on Ladson Rd. The service there is TOP TIER 💎 If my coolant is empty in my car in front of any other oil change shop I would still drive to Take 5 on Ladson to get to them. 💯

Tony Papola,I have never been to this take five oil change place before. So I thought I'll just give it a try. I pulled in they came right up to the car greeted me we're very very friendly. Told me what I needed to do and then a gentleman proceeded to ask me what kind of an oil change I wanted and then let me know different things about my car in regards to like windshield wipers things with the radiator just was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything including the cabin filter in my car. Was not too pushy just wanted me to be aware of what I needed or what I should look into getting. I did get the treatment that he recommended for the gas something he put in my gas tank that it was supposed to be good for my gas. So I trusted it on that. They wash my windshield I was in and out of there and like maybe 15-20 minutes easy breezy. I'll definitely be back. I'm so glad I went in and took the chance on a place I'd never been before.

I also appreciated recommendation for an additional needed service to my oil change. And the tech noted upcoming recommended services for my next visit. All staff were professional and I could hear them communicating as a team amongst each while servicing each vehicles. Clean garage space. I like that veterans get discounts.
