I wanna give a massive shout out to Charlie and Kilean at the Ladson Rd location. For anyone reading this, if you went anywhere other than Take 5 to get your oil change..........IT WAS DONE WRONG.....PERIOD❗️ If you went ANYWHERE else other than Take 5........the customer service sucked more than straws❗️ Please go visit Charlie, Kilean and the rest of the fellas at Take 5 on Ladson Rd. The service there is TOP TIER 💎 If my coolant is empty in my car in front of any other oil change shop I would still drive to Take 5 on Ladson to get to them. 💯
Had great customer service on this visit. I was at another quick lube space right up the street. They told me they couldn’t do my oil change on my vehicle. First, after refusing that he could not put air in my tires was the first problem at the other place. I left there and stopped in Take5, Immediately greeted by somebody. Once we started, the oil change, found out that they did not have the proper oil filter. Instead of turning me away and the manager, I’m assuming ran up to probably the closest auto parts store and grabbed one. From beginning to the end was a great customer service experience. Everyone was friendly. They looked to be hard-working. Thanks again for going above and beyond for my oil change
Honestly, I came in for an oil change and somehow left feeling like I had just made two new best friends 😂 Jason and Kinnick were AMAZING! They were super friendly, funny, and made the whole process quick and painless. My car got the VIP treatment and I got to leave without feeling like I just donated my entire paycheck 😂 Definitely recommend Take 5, especially if Jason and Kinnick are working! I’ll definitely be back! 🚗💨
