I can honestly say this is the best place to get an oil change in Charleston, SC. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. It was an extremely hot day, and they even gave us complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful gesture that made the wait much more comfortable. A huge thank you to the manager, LJ, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He and his crew were knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. They completed the service quickly while taking great care of our vehicle. What really stood out was how LJ explained everything our vehicle would need in the future beyond the oil change. He took the time to educate us without ever making us feel pressured or obligated to purchase additional services. It felt honest, transparent, and focused on helping us make informed decisions rather than selling us something we didn’t need. The entire experience felt premium from start to finish, which is rare these days. Finding a shop you can genuinely trust is invaluable, and this is definitely one of those places. They’ve earned a customer for life. I won’t be going anywhere else for my oil changes. Thank you, LJ and the entire crew, for setting such a high standard for customer service!
What a great and quick experience. When I pulled in the team immediately greeted me with a cold bottle of water, which was nice on such a hot summer day. My oil change took no time at all and they topped off all of my fluids and even gave me a recommendation for an issue that I was having that couldn't be fixed there at the shop. Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable. This place saves you so much more time compared to going to the dealership. Would recommend them to all of my local Charleston friends.
