I’ve been coming here for my oil changes for quite a while now, and I honestly can’t recommend this Take 5 location enough. The staff is always incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They’re fast, efficient, and always take the time to answer any questions I have without making me feel rushed. As a woman, taking your car in for maintenance can sometimes feel intimidating, but I’ve never felt talked down to or pressured into buying services or products I don’t need. They make recommendations, but if I decline—like when I choose to buy my own air filter on Amazon because it’s cheaper and easy to install myself—they’re always completely respectful and understanding. I’ve never been treated any differently because of it, and I really appreciate that. On Monday, Cameron helped me, and he was especially kind, polite, and professional. Customer service like that is hard to find. If you’re looking for a quick, honest, and friendly place to get your oil changed, I would recommend this Take 5 location over any other place in the area. They consistently provide excellent service, and that’s why I keep coming back.

I came to Take 5 Oil Change, and from the moment I pulled in, the team was incredibly attentive. I was greeted right away and even offered a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. They cleaned my front windshield, and David did an outstanding job checking everything on my vehicle. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what needed attention without making me feel pressured. Marcos, the manager, came over to personally make sure everything was topped off . David explained that if my oil level gets low before my next scheduled oil change, whether due to mileage or time,I can simply come back, and they’ll take care of it. That level of service really stood out to me. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, positive attitudes, and exceptional customer service these young men provided. It’s rare to find a team that is not only knowledgeable but also so friendly and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

Best location I’ve come across in my area. The guys were very helpful, informative, and they even gave me a discount on my engine air filter! They also had good banter between them, which gave me a sense of them loving their coworkers and the job itself (which let’s be honest, can make-or-break your will to stay at a job) definitely will be back for another oil change in a couple months, and highly recommend them.
