Oil Change in Greer, SC at 1095 W Wade Hampton Blvd.

Was in the Greer location today for an Oil Change. Was greeted kindly and handed a Bottled Watter upon arrival. Once there, the lady that greeted me was very helpful. She showed me frayed Windshield Wiper Blades, and my Coolant looked like Coffee. I agreed to have my Wiper Blades replaced, and also opted for the Coolant Flush. I use a K&N Air Filter, and was not asked for a Air Filter replacement. I appreciated that honesty. This was my second visit to the Greer location, and will be back as a regular customer when services are needed for our two vehicles. Great Job Greer. Thanks

I have been doing my own oil changes for several years because of the stories I’d hear about people who have had issues after taking their cars into get serviced. Last week, I decided to give Take 5 on Wade Hampton Rd, a chance as I am having knee surgery next week and to my surprise I was very pleased with the service I received! They were very professional as they asked pertinent question regarding the history of my car, and asked if I wanted upgrades such as high mileage oil and replacement of my radiator fluid. They call out in cadence so everyone who is working on my car knows exactly what they’re doing. And to be honest, the cost was only $20 more than what it costs for me to do it. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming here for my oil changes for quite a while now, and I honestly can’t recommend this Take 5 location enough. The staff is always incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They’re fast, efficient, and always take the time to answer any questions I have without making me feel rushed. As a woman, taking your car in for maintenance can sometimes feel intimidating, but I’ve never felt talked down to or pressured into buying services or products I don’t need. They make recommendations, but if I decline—like when I choose to buy my own air filter on Amazon because it’s cheaper and easy to install myself—they’re always completely respectful and understanding. I’ve never been treated any differently because of it, and I really appreciate that. On Monday, Cameron helped me, and he was especially kind, polite, and professional. Customer service like that is hard to find. If you’re looking for a quick, honest, and friendly place to get your oil changed, I would recommend this Take 5 location over any other place in the area. They consistently provide excellent service, and that’s why I keep coming back.
