I had a great experience on my first trip to Take 5 Oil Change at this location! I was approached with two bottles of water, for my daughter and I, but upon realizing that I had two kids, was also offered Capri Sun drinks and fruit gummies. They were thrilled! The service was quick, professional, and I wasn't pressured to buy anything that I didn't need. I was offered some things, but did decline, as I can do some things myself. I was informed about the condition of my oil pan drain plug beginning to round out from previous services, and the entire vehicle got a great inspection. As a veteran, I was offered a discount towards my service at Take 5, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks to Gabe, my service writer, and my technicians, Marcos, Jonathan, and Antonio. I'll definitely be back soon!
Admittedly I’m a Take 5 fan in general. They do a good job. This was my first time at the Greer location and they did a GREAT job! The whole crew was great. I was actually out in less than 10 minutes. Cameron Angel (who, btw, crushed his Joker makeup since today was Halloween) was a rock star and the bottle of water was cold. I told him as I was pulling out, I go to Take 5 a lot and different locations but this was the best experience yet. Found my new oil change spot! Thanks team!
I only ever go to take5 now cause the service, prices, and timeliness of everything is impeccable. Shout out to Gabe who recommended me an air filter after showing the current one I had had bugs in it(hell nah), but he didn't upsell me on anything else that was normal and could last a bit longer. Trust the employees and manager at take5 on west wade Hampton, they've got a customer for life so long as I'm living in the area.
