The quality inspection was thorough, and the employees were truly exemplary—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire service. We especially appreciated the convenience of being able to stay in our car with 2 dogs and complimentary waters plus dog treats while the oil change was completed. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great team!
The service was excellent! In and out in five minutes.Service team was very customer oriented and provided excellent customer service. Absolutely no complaints on service times or staff. My only complaint and why I gave this a four star rate, is that overall prices seemed high and not a competitive rate. There was an extra oil surcharge due to the higher global oil values. For my Toyota SUV which I feel is a pretty common vehicle, they said they only had the "advanced" oil and filter so I had to pay the highest service prices. With tip, I ended up paying over $120. If you want to overpay for mediocre rated oil "Duramax", but appreciate fast service and friendly staff, then you should check them out. I enjoyed my overall experience but the cost will keep me from returning next time.
So crazy convenient! Guided right into the drive in lane and Quinshawn went right to work checking air pressure in the tires correcting them. Advised that right rear probably had a slow leak, should take to tire place for repair. Suggested a place to go. This is my 88 year old Mom's car. I told her she should start getting oil changes here too for her 2017 Honda. NO CHARGE FOR TIRE CHECK
