He clearly explained all available services, which I really appreciated. Even though my English isn’t perfect, communication was easy and comfortable throughout the visit. This wasn’t my first time having a great experience with him — I had the same positive impression about a year ago, but forgot to leave a review back then. Thank you again for the great service. I highly recommend this location!

The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without pressuring me into extra services. They worked quickly but still made me feel like my car was being thoroughly checked over. I especially appreciated how easy and convenient the whole process was. Elsy Iglesias,Very pleased with the guys who helped me out yesterday. I asked them to look at a bolt before they did my oil change bc Walmart refused to do it stating I needed a new bolt. They checked it out and my bolt was fine, Walmart was just lazy. They talked to me the whole time as they took care of things. I asked for "core" which was $99. With everything they did and how friendly they were I didn't mind the little extra. When it was time to pay they gave me a discount so it was the same as Walmart, they were just 100 times better, I will be going there again.

The team educated me, moved quickly and efficiently but I never felt rushed. The only tip I would give as a previous salesperson would be not to shame people if their services are behind. Comments like, "Why'd you let it get so bad?", is neither helpful nor does it motivate me to buy more services. My Grandfather recently passed away and I was more focused on taking care of him the last year than checking the status of my coolant. Other than that, thanks for the excellent service, Team!
