Josh and Corey were amazing!! I had a horrible experience a valvoline where they charged me for oil change but were unable to change my filter claiming that the last time I had my oil change done at take 5 stripped my oil filter and I need to get them to fix me. Instead of not charging me they still did and I pulled up to Take 5 frustrated with what just happened. Without hesitation Josh and Corey told me they were going to take care of me. Not only did they easily remove the filter but they noticed my tire pressure was not properly reviewed and my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off. I’m embarrassed I took my car to valvoline and will only go back to take 5 moving forward. All the credit to Josh and Corey, they made my big problem feel so small and took care of me with a smile. Very much appreciated. Thank you guys, you won all my service moving forward!!!
It will cost you an arm and a leg by the time they finish. You are going to need an engine air filter ($40), a cabin air filter ($35) and windshield wipers ($30 cheapest ones) at a minimum. If your car requires less than 5 quarts of oil you will pay for 5 quarts. If it requires more than 5 quarts you will pay about $15 extra per quart. Cheapest full synthetic starts at $80. There is also like an additional $9 charge for something and an additional $3 charge for something. If you can manage to find the $25 off an oil change coupon and get nothing else done you will still spend about $70. Staff is friendly and they are fast.
First experience with Take 5 and I was impressed. Pulled right up to the bay and waited maybe 5 minutes for them to finish the car in front of me. Quick service (although the "sit in your car" thing was different), reasonable prices, friendly folks, checked and filled fluids, checked tires. All-in-all, a great experience and I will be back!!
