Excellent! I had to get my bucket truck serviced while out here from Texas, and these guys delivered 100! I wasn’t sure if the bucket would fit, these guys worked together and made sure there was clearance. All of them did an outstanding job communicating, directing, helping and doing the oil change. Really impressed with the level of service here. Excellent work to this group of guys running this store and working on this team. Top notch!!!
Huge improvement over last time where they put Full Synthetic in my truck despite the sticker on the windshield that said Synthetic Blend. And This time we got the military discount (My wife Mary Served). One thing; I asked for Oil Change ONLY. But after an extended wait because their printer ran out of paper, they finally got started. SYNTHETIC BLEND like I asked for. But they also checked air filters (that I had already done) and Rear Differential oil, that I didn't ask them to check. Finally got out of there with a fair price and I was satisfied with the work they did.
Exceptional Service. Everyone of those guys were, polite, kind, courteous, respectable and truly cared that I understood what they were doing. James, Austin, Manager Joe, Joel, just to name a few. The were excited and eager to get me taken care of and the bottled water was a nice touch. I'm a forever customer. And they gave me multiple coupons.
