We had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change shop during a stressful road trip situation. My husband and I were driving from Florida to Pittsburgh, PA when our oil light came on about 9 hours into the trip, with another 9 hours still ahead. We pulled off in Columbia, SC looking for a quick oil change, expecting delays or having to do it ourselves. Instead, we found this location—and it was the best decision. The manager, Tashad, was professional, friendly, and immediately helpful. There was little to no wait time, and they took us in right away. Tia provided outstanding customer service—very knowledgeable, polite, and clearly explained everything they were doing throughout the oil change process. This is truly a fast, convenient oil change in Columbia SC. We stayed in the car the entire time, which felt safe and comfortable, especially being in a city we didn’t know after hours on the road. We were in and out in about 20 minutes and able to continue our trip without worry. If you’re traveling through Columbia or need a reliable, quick oil change, I highly recommend this team. Mari,Tashad & Noah took the impossible and made it possible. I pulled up on a Saturday morning in a 35ft motorhome needing an oil change. They tried to make it fit in a bay but it wasn't happening.
