Oil Change in Columbia, SC at 4720 Devine Street

I got off work after 12 hours and stop to get an oil change. I researched who was open in my area. The first impressive thing I found was a coupon for $25 off. The service guy Marcus came to my car to help me. He was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know how things work. He ask for the appropriate information entering it in quickly and sufficiently. He asked if I wanted my air filter check which Jay changed. Jay explained the two filters I have on my car. One of the filter was behind the gloves compartment and the engine filter had a bar over it. Jay changed the one behind the glove compartment. Marcus and Jay checked everything which needed to be checked on my car abd professionally explained everything from my tires to my windshield wipers. They made sure I was road ready. I would definitely return to this establishment as along as they are working. I know my car is in good hands with them because of there knowledge and quick service. I've always took my car to Take 5 and it's been the best. This applies to Corporate stores only. The service is amazing and the quality is top tier. I took my current car to a franchise one and my car didn't feel right and they charged me a good chunk of $$$$ for a small service and they didn't even change my oil like I wanted.. so now I know that I need to continue to show up at the Corporate Take 5 store on Devine St. Yesterday I took my car to Devine St. and they completed all services and have some great information and conversations. My car runs brand new and it just feels good. Thank you to the young men who serviced me: James, Jayshaun, and Blayton. Looking forward to the entertainment and knowledgeable experience again. Greetings, I recently visit take five on Devine Street. Blayton assist me with the care for my car and answer all my questions. I appreciate the service it was efficient. I tried to tip him, but he refused the tip. I went back a week later to let him know that I’m not tech savvy to do a review and he was not there, but Charles assisted me just as well with my phone. This showed me that they do go above and beyond, and each day that I went there were other workers to that gave me some helpful information but I didn’t get their names. I truly hope that this review will cause upper management to do something for the staff to show that they are appreciated.

Everyone that was working today are amazing people our cat climbed into our glovebox of the car Blayton and the crew helped out so much and was able to rescue our cat when no law enforcement was able. Brandon, James, Nevin and Blayton are the most amazing people on the planet. I will forever go here. And so will our cat.

Wolf and his partner are wonderful people they really took care of us. Wolf is friendly and a hilarious person I’ll be going back just because of his personality and wonderful care and honesty.
