Oil Change in Charleston, SC at 404 Spring Hollow Dr.

Everyone was very professional and seemed skilled. I liked that I never had to exit my car. A thoughtful gesture was them offering me a complimentary bottle of water as I was pulling up. Altogether it probably took about 20 minutes from the time I pulled into the garage until when I pulled back out. Johnny was the technician who I dealt with directly. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and calm. He never pressured me to buy anything. Any questions I posed were patiently & thoroughly answered. I also really like that customers are encouraged to bring their vehicle back within 3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first) to receive an oil and other fluids top off completely free. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

There are a lot of things you can do day to day that can go wrong. However, getting my oil changed at Take 5 was not one of them. It isn’t my usual oil change place, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted quickly and offered a bottle of water. I’d just gotten off a long day of work, and they were open late. The staff was super friendly. While I was there—and at no extra charge—they cleaned my windshield, topped off my wiper fluid, checked my tire pressure, and even gave me a pass for a free car wash at a local car wash place. They also gave me a $25 discount. I wasn’t expecting all of that. I have a job that requires an oil change about every two months, and they will now be my go-to. Did I mention it only took about 10 minutes? Great job.

I cannot recommend this Take 5 location enough! The manager, Tim, took extra time and care to handle a specific issue I had with a vehicle, making us more than whole and having a great attitude while doing it.
