Have no issues friendly staff got an oil change. Better then jiffy lube Got another oil change no issues no drips no leaks nothing. They also offered cold water right away. They showed me my dipstick so I tasted it and was great. Be back in 3000 miles 9/1/26 Another oil change but this time with an air filter replacement. Also offered cold water. Can’t complain to be honest way faster than the mechanic shop. Them shop be like drop your car and come back at 5 pm for an oil change here 10 minutes done see ya soon

It was a great experience. I never had to get out of the car, they were fast and efficient. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water and it only got better. They knew things about my car that I thought only I knew. I had and now have my own service technician concierge named Ben.They all worked together and were quick at their jobs as well as their wits. I had just gotten my car inspected at a shop in my hometown and within three weeks my brakes went out on the turnpike. While getting them fixed, the place I landed noted I had a whole in my exhaust, a bad strut and a leaking water pump. I later found out that my hometown mechanic had merged my car with another while in their shop, the plate was mine but the mileage and vin was for another car. They were supposed to change the oil but the light had come on and I believed that other shop had not done it.Take 5 checked it and all my fluids and said that it had been changed and the sensor just needed resetting. They walked away from.a.service job because it was the right thing to do. They also gave me good advice on how to handle the fact that there was a huge mileage discrepancy now on car facts or fax? They sent me on my way with a $20 off coupon, an invoice for 0$ and smiles. I was impressed and will definitely go back. They are open later than the other quick oil change place which is helpful. Staff offer you a bottle of water everytime you come and I have not felt like they try to upsell anything. They are clearly well trained and polite. After my oil change with them, I was told that if the oil light came on before the mileage on the sticker they gave me, I could come back for a free top off. I have a subaru known for burning oil. Pulled up and told them I was about 600 miles away from the next oil change and either needed a top off or an oil change, whichever they recommended. Got a bottle of water, oil topped off, air put in my tires, windshield washed, and a printed summary showing no charge. This place is well worth the money for me.
