⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Desmond at Take 5 Oil Change was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. He made sure I felt comfortable, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness and respect. Desmond truly went above and beyond, and he made what could have been a stressful errand an easy and pleasant experience. Take 5 is lucky to have someone like him on their team! I highly recommend asking for Desmond if you visit!
I had a great experience at Take 5! I went in for an oil change and wound up getting two replacement parts I needed when they looked up my cars recommendations on Carfax. One of my serviceman Roger could not get the stripped nut off a part that he had to replace, and they went out and purchased the tool that would remove the damaged nut and the replacement nut, which would allow them to put in the replacement part. I was very happy they changed my filthy! air cabin filter, which had not been changed at the dealership because they never checked it or offered to change it. All the staff were friendly, efficient and professional! Thank you Roger and Take 5 Horsham!!!
I was looking for a go-to place for oil changes instead of always going to a dealership, and I’m so glad I found Take 5! When I arrived, I wasn’t sure I wanted to pay the price, so I was honest with the Service Manager. I wish I remembered his name because he was so kind and helpful. I told him I wanted to compare prices, and he actually encouraged me to do so and told me to call if I had any questions. That honesty really stood out to me. I compared prices, came back, and was very happy with the service and price. I also had a coupon, got a cold bottle of water, and best of all—I never had to get out of my car! 😊 Great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back, especially since they’re right in my neighborhood. Big applause to the Service Manager and the entire staff! 👏🏽
