The team was nice the girl who was getting my information was very informal and helpful there was one of the guys that just said rude things and called me names just because of my parents as I was pulling it but other than that the manager was probably the best manager across the country that I have met actually trying to do his job and knew what he was doing and did it very well and tried his best to meet the needs of our car he was a very nice guy very helpful and I will definitely be going back I would say that they are the best car shop for an oil change that I have been to yet and I have been in many states so I feel like that's saying something best manager ever ran his team made sure they knew what they were doing make sure they knew the rules always on his toes which is great
1st time customer and I was blown away! I was greeted with cold water on a warm day and I was instantly suspicious of hidden fees or extra charges based off my experience with other businesses that offer the same services. I was careful not to offer too much info and admittedly on guard. I didn't want to agree to any extra services that would lock me into paying much more than expected. I realized Take 5 is different. After realizing there was no hidden fees and nobody is trying to sell me on services that would charge me extra, I really appreciated it. Im sending my wife and driving kids to get their cars serviced here from now on. So glad Take 5 is now in Oregon!
Top-tier experience. I stopped by on a whim after work for an overdue oil change and was very pleased. The staff clearly explained the benefits of each oil change option and other offered services without any pressure. I really appreciated their knowledge, attention to detail, patience (I asked many questions), and humor. I didn’t have to get out of my car (major plus) AND they were quick! Thank you, Alex, Emmanuel, and Tony, for such friendly, thorough service. I will def be back!
