I cannot say enough good things about out this place!!! Exceptional service from start to finish. I needed an oil change and check up before a road trip. The second we pulled in we were greeted and welcomed, handed a complimentary bottle of water for myself and a sugar free juice for my daughter. We pulled right into the service bay and were able to stay right in the car while they handled everything. A whole team got to work on our vehicle immediately. I was provided with options and explanations of services, making my decisions really easy. Not to mention, coupons for services, which was fantastic. They seriously took care of everything, including the cabin air filter which I didn’t even know existed. We were done and on our way in no time. So convenient and efficient! The manager introduced himself at the end and reviewed the services performed and our bill, which I thought was a very nice touch. They definitely have earned my business, and I highly, highly recommend!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great experience at Take 5! Andrew and Delbert made my oil change incredibly fast, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. I was given a $25 coupon, which made it an even better deal, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. A fun bonus was getting to meet Jacob from the Eugene location. Super nice guy! If you’re in Eugene, definitely stop in and say hi to him too. I really appreciated that Andrew took the time to show me some corrosion starting on my battery instead of just sending me on my way. He explained what I was looking at, recommended a few things to help, and pointed me in the right direction. I always appreciate people who take a minute to educate rather than just sell. The little extras made the visit even better—an ice-cold bottle of water for me and TWO dog bones for my pup, who was thrilled with the VIP treatment! Friendly crew, honest service, no pressure, and in and out in no time. I’ll definitely be back in a few thousand miles… unless I swing by sooner for one of those complimentary fluid top-offs. From the moment I pulled in, Cory greeted me with an ice-cold bottle of water, got all of my information while I stayed comfortably in my car, and directed me through the process. From there, the entire crew took over, and it was honestly impressive to watch. They worked together like a well-oiled machine… no pun intended. In less than 30 minutes they changed my oil, replaced my cabin air filter, cleaned my windshield, topped off my washer fluid, checked my tire pressures, and even let me choose a scent for my new cabin filter. I picked vanilla, and two weeks later my car still smells amazing. What stood out most wasn’t just the speed. It was the care, professionalism, and teamwork. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, communicated well with each other, and treated my vehicle as if it were their own. Before I left, Daisy, the manager, came over to review everything that had been done and asked if there was anything else she or her team could do for me. That level of customer service really put the experience over the top. I made sure to tell her how much I appreciated the crew because it’s obvious they’re a team that enjoys what they do, and it shows. It’s rare these days to find a business that’s this efficient while still making you feel genuinely taken care of. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend this Take 5 location to anyone looking for fast, honest, and exceptional service.
