Overall the experience was good! I got an oil change as well as front and rear windshield wiper blades replaced. Upon getting the rear wiper blade replaced, the technician accidentally broke the windshield wiper. I was informed by the manager that when I go get it repaired, to bring my receipt of the repair and they will fully reimburse me for the cost of repair. The technician and manager were apologetic, kind and willing to fix their mistake.

I always put off getting anything done to my car because I’m nervous I will be taken advantage of on price and services I don’t need as someone with no car knowledge. My air filters were still stock and obviously really old and never did I feel pressured or like I had to get them replaced. Once again, everyone on the staff was super nice and showed me how to check my air filter and my oil and I would recommend this place to anyone needing a quick oil change!

Danielle Walker,The employees were super nice. The problem was I was told by someone when I called the main number that I could use a $25 coupon making my oil change only $25 plus about $2 tax. That was not true. It was a $25 coupon but it ended up being $69.84! I could have gotten an oil change elsewhere for $50. I’m on limited income and that was too much. The people at the main number need to be told they are giving out wrong information. Also, my speedometer was not reset back to normal after I drove away. It was on Kilometers. This was a disappointing experience.
