Take 5 oil change is fantastic! This is the 3rd location I have been to and they are always super friendly, kind, knowledge, and efficient. Stephen at this location was all of these and did not recommend extra services while I was there. Made sure I got what I needed and let me know what I might need in the near future, but wasn't necessary now. I really appreciate that. And everything is reasonably priced and especially for how quick they get it done! If I take it to the dealership everything I had done today would have easily cost twice what I spent. Thank you to the new manager and Stephen for great service today!
This was my first time visiting Take 5 Oil Change, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Ryan (the manager) and Jonathan were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I came in for an oil change and a cabin air filter replacement, and they explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. Jonathan provided outstanding customer service, and Ryan was an amazing manager who made sure everything went smoothly. The entire team worked so efficiently, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. I will definitely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this location to all of my family and friends. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Ryan and Jonathan, for such an incredible experience!
My 2019 Chevy Silverado was in desperate need of an oil change. I saw this location while driving by during my lunch break and decided to pull in. They were very friendly and offered me a bottle of water while they took less than 15 minutes to change my engine oil & filter, check all of my fluids, wiper blades and air filter. They made sure my tires were at the right psi and even washed my windshield. I was completely satisfied and happy I was able to finally get my oil changed during my lunch break!
