Oil Change in Oklahoma City, OK at 12021 S. Western Ave

I’ve always had nothing but great experiences here. The employees always communicate SO well - to customers and to each other. They take the time to explain things to you to help you make the best decision for your car. It’s always a stress-free and quick visit for an oil change - and it’s a plus that their music choices in the bay are usually top tier. ☺️ Love Take 5 and appreciate them making this part of car maintenance such an easy experience.

This was my first visit to Take Five oil change on S. Western Ave. & SW 119th And after a brief wait, Josh kindly greeted me with a fresh bottle of water and took my information and assured me that they’d be happy to help service my car. All the staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. They explained everything even answering to the questions I had about my car beyond the oil change. They took time and we’re very patient in explaining everything and getting my car up and going even telling me about future service dates and ways they could help me with my car on my next visit. They even included a discount to help out if you’re needing honest, polite, courteous, and service texts that go to the extra mile, but no further you found your new oil change place like me, thank you Josh and the rest of the staff and take five oil change. I would give them 10 stars if I could because they’re fantastic.

I went to get my oil changed to take five. I was planning on going to the one here in Midwest city that’s right down from my house and I had something come up that took me to Oklahoma City because a friend was in need and so it took a lot longer than what I expected so I went on and got my oil changed at take five over there And I’m so glad that that happened because these guys were like the Greatest guys that I have ever dealt with at a place like that! I honestly have given up on most of the young people anymore because A lot of of them are not respectful or have the time even know what they’re doing on their job? And whenever I go to any establishment these days and I am treated with respect and decency. I let everyone know, and I let them know how much they are appreciated and how much that means to so many people out here today! These guys were like the best and they were kind they were nice. They had positive attitudes they spoke with extremely respectful tones. They answered all questions I had they informed me on so much that I didn’t know helped me with the app. They helped me get the best deal even though it took a lot more time for me because I’m computer illiterate OK so he was so sweet and kind to help me through all of that and honestly it changed my whole attitude for the day! So kudos and hats off to the guys at Take Five On Western Avenue! You guys rock! Thank you

We go there every year to get the oil changed in our car. We have coolant problems with our car. I have never left there unhappy. The two young men who did the work yesterday were awesome. They took their time, and were kind and helpful in explaining things to my daughter and I. They were awesome!

Very professional. Very kind. The assistant manager is truly wonderful at his job and made sure I understood everything I was getting done. He also took it a step further to make sure I knew the extra information I was asking about. The service was quick and efficient. Will go back 10/10
