Very professional and not over priced i have an older truck that needed a few things done and I just didn't have time to do it myself, and havent been to a shop in years as I maintain most all of my vehicle myself and almost didnt try any other shops because I went to midis and was way over priced and talked to like I didn't have a clue about automotive/or being ripped off, the crew at take 5 broken arrow is just awesome will definitely be back and it was nice to see people that actually like their jobs and do good work
5 stars for the only 2 guys working that day. It definitely did NOT only take 10 minutes, it took near 45 minutes. BUT the kind mechanic told me in the very beginning that they were short on help and mentioned it could be 20/30 minutes before they could get to my car. It was up to me if I wanted to stay or leave. I wasn’t in any hurry and chose to stay. I will add, I was confused because there was a 3rd guy who possessed a friendliness level around 2…he came out of the office and motioned me to pull into the 3rd bay…then he disappeared and we never saw him again. He was the only one wearing a mechanics shirt. Not a stitch of grease on him. I’m assuming a manager that doesn’t work on cars possibly? Anyways, I mentioned him only because it would’ve been nice if he did work on cars, as it would’ve expedited the lengthy experience and likely would’ve helped more customers needing a 10 minutes oil change, not a 40 minute oil change during that day. I digress. All in all, an alright experience.
First time coming to Take 5 Oil Change on 71st & Kenosha in Broken Arrow, and I had a great experience! The price was a little higher than I expected, and honestly, I could've changed the oil myself, but I had a busy day. Austin and Datton were fast, professional, and very thorough. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need, and made sure the job was done right. Great customer service goes a long way, and I think you've earned a new customer.
