Technicians were fantastic - super friendly, extremely helpful and understanding. The only issue I had is that I called their call center for an estimate and was quoted a fantastic price ($24.49 with the $25 coupon she was sending me), but when I arrived the technician had to apologize for the call center’s mistake, and tell me that they do not have the oil blend for the oil change I was quoted; my oil change went from $30, to over $100. Thankfully, their technicians Bryan & Steve were able to help me out and i am SO thankful! As a whole their process is superior to other places I have been - starting out with a free water, confirming everything with me, and even cleaning off the windshield and mirrors! Will absolutely recommend them to anyone! I just hope their call center updates their processes to give customers correct information.
Wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable, explained services in a way that made sense and walked me through the whole process. Gavin and Steve were very kind and I was even offered a bottle of water upon arrival. All bays were full at the time but I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. Overall it was efficient, I felt no pressure to buy extra services I didn’t want, and they were all very kind! The service took maybe 15 minutes for an oil change. They also accept coupons. 10/10 recommend, will be back!
had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out much quicker than I expected. They explained everything clearly, never tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but this place definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast, quality service.
