Oil Change Service West Court

I have been to A LOT of places to get my oil changed in my life. Most car work gets done by my family, but I had to run to get an oil change today. These two lovely gentleman named Jeff and Hunter were absolutely hands down THE BEST individuals I had ever met. They were both very kind, explained everything to me, and even helped me understand what the best oil was WITHOUT trying to coerce me. These two men deserve a raise or promotion because I have never experienced such hospitality at a shop before ❤️

We usually go to Valvoline, but we have had nothing but bad experiences. We just kept going back because it was cheap-ish and has a convenient location. Anyway, we happened to be in Washington Courthouse one day and tried Take 5 for the first time and let me tell you- we are ONLY going to Take 5 from now on! Stormy and Hunter were so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I fully trusted them from the get go. They explained everything to us, they were wonderful at small-talk, they answered any questions we had thoroughly, they even acknowledged our toddlers in the back and said hello! It was a great experience all around. I called back a few hours later to ask a question about the services provided and I spoke with Tyler on the phone. I was also blown away with how friendly and knowledgeable he was over the phone. It’s clear that the staff at the Washington courthouse location are fantastic at their jobs. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever about the service that we received. We will certainly be back. My only slight complaint is that we felt that the price very high for an oil change. When we were first told the price we did almost leave and find somewhere else that was cheaper. But we were in a time crunch so decided to stay, and we were glad that we did.

The prices suck but Jeff, Hunter, and Brenden are amazing. I was about leave and Jeff the GM did some amazing work and got the price to what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend and go back with all my vehicles. Keep up the amazing work gentlemen you all deserve to be recognized.

The store manager, Rodney, and his crew, Hunter and Tyler, really took care of me. They were transparent and checked everything, offering me services, and giving me the reason why without being pushy. They went over and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident in my ride and a smile on my face. I talked about what a pleasant experience it was for 2 days. I will definitely be returning.
