The Manager you are looking for has a work shirt with the name “Mr. Andre” embroidered on the front. I can tell you that in all of my years getting oil changes done, I’ve never come across a garage with a more professional demeanor than this TAKE 5 on Secor Road, Toledo. No, I cannot speak on behalf of the history of the company Nor the quality of other locations. But I can tell you one thing for certain: Mr. Andre Is the type of person I would want managing my company, or addressing any customer service need that arises. He has a “can-do”, “ Let’s fix this” Type attitude, combined with a customer-centered focus, all wrapped up in a smile that would rival a Costumed Santa in the month of December. If a potential customer is reading this, take my advice and visit this location. It is run with a definitive customer-centric focus and it is definitely worth your time and money. Look for the guy with the “Mr. Andre” Service shirt. If the owner of TAKE 5 Is reading this, you might want to make sure you are compensating Mr. Andre well enough, otherwise somebody is going to steal him from you. I’m not joking. Good luck.
The Gentleman was kind, he explained everything they was going to do to take care of my car in a timely order.. after everything was done he explained about the next time l can bring my car back to have it serviced... Two dumbs up.. l trust in there service man. l have been coming there a while.. that's the only place l trust and believe l will have good service.. bottom of my heart l Thank You ❤️
Gerald was my service tech at the Secor location in Toledo, Oh and he was amazing! He educated me on my cars specifications clearly, and plainly also found me all the deals that I was able to get. I’ll definitely be going back. That was some exceptional customer service.
