I visited take five to check on the oil change that was supposed to have been done at Kia of mentor It was confirmed that they did do the oil change but did not change my cabin filter also at Kia of mentor they charged me $3,000 to locate a problem with my antifreeze that they could not correct My visit to take five found the problem and for me what I needed to do to fix the problem and also wrote it up so the mechanic shop and know the details of the problem I appreciate take 5 for doing things that a higher paid mechanic shop could not do

Karen Gibbs,The only complaint I have is that I needed a cabin air filter. They did not have one for my vehicle, the cost would have been $53 installed. I went to a parts store and found the exact brand take 5 uses and got the filter for $10 no taxes and I easily installed it myself. That was a terrible revelation of being over charged for a service...
