I took a chance and visited Take 5 Oil Change, and I am so glad I did. The team of young men truly exemplifies the saying, “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!” From the moment I arrived, the technicians demonstrated the leadership, professionalism, and expertise that made me feel comfortable and confident receiving service outside of the Cadillac dealership for the very first time. They were knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. While I acknowledge that continuously using Take 5 is not affordable, as the price was somewhat higher than what I typically pay at the dealership, the exceptional customer service, professionalism, convenience, and overall experience justified the cost. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer care and the way they worked together seamlessly as a team. I visited take five to check on the oil change that was supposed to have been done at Kia of mentor It was confirmed that they did do the oil change but did not change my cabin filter also at Kia of mentor they charged me $3,000 to locate a problem with my antifreeze that they could not correct My visit to take five found the problem and for me what I needed to do to fix the problem and also wrote it up so the mechanic shop and know the details of the problem I appreciate take 5 for doing things that a higher paid mechanic shop could not do

I had a problem with my Kia Sportage that had me puzzled and frustrated. I stopped at Take 5 Oil Change 4021 Mayfield, South Euclid OH. I would like to compliment the service I received from Charles. This man was friendly, kind, and helped to claim me down as he said "Let me check that for you" . He fixed it, he is an excellent employee! Kudos Charles!

Anthony was very kind and courteous you talk to me and want me to the whole thing and the Caucasian guy there was very nice also just brought me a bottle of water which is really courteous because it was hot and I was thirsty so he was on point thank you all for asking service.
