I had a very positive experience here. Arrived near open time and did not have a wait. The crew serviced my vehicle quickly and efficiently.I’ve put 20k miles on my car in 5 months so have had many experiences with oil changes - this was the quickest and most friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who completed my transaction, because he was kind, informative, and professional. Team provided the reminder sticker, and asked me if I had coupons. Glad they asked! I had a text a few weeks prior but in my morning chaos forgot to mention it. Rarely have I said that an oil change is the best way to start your day but this crew made mine.

Even though I came in at 4:45 with my second car it was no problem still just as friendly as they were the first time I came in earlier in the day, apologize for being so late, but my car had been in the shop the day before. They were supposed to check all the fluids and didn’t so only had 9% and had to get an immediate oil change. Would definitely go back to them again. The one coupon Did not come across Correctly and they were willing to scan a coupon that they had for me. Again, a really great experience..

Today, I was helped by Marvin & Will who did a stellar job welcoming me, keeping me informed throughout the process of what was being done, and giving me replacement options without any high pressured sales tactics or the like. Yes, there is a lot of turnover with employees with this type of work & sometimes you can get ones that are not as good. But I've had 90% of my oil changes performed at this location in the past 8 plus years and I feel it does a very good job most times.

I believe the gentleman working with his name was Kevin he too was very polite and kind..Marvin is who serviced my vehicle. Asked me questions and told me things that I've never been asked in the 3 years that I've owned my vehicle. And they were very helpful I never knew that I had a filter behind my glove box which I did have replaced that day because of Marvin.
