I've been to the N Olmsted location on Lorain Rd a couple times now. After saying I would never go to another after a really bad experience. The 2 guys there were awesome. Friendly, helpful, and a bit funny to talk to. They even let me use my coupon. A few years back I went to the one in Parma and they knew my phone had just died and wouldn't help me use my coupon. Would definitely recommend this place.
Was there about three weeks ago and didn’t reset my notice that says change your oil , I just wanted to talk to somebody to see if I could do it, left message , never got call, everything else was ok, but can’t understand Over 50 percent of businesses don’t answer phones
The people who work there are always professional, friendly, informative of what else I may need now or in the future. It's always my first choice when I need an oil change.
