Josh and his bay team were very friendly and professional. I felt no pressure to buy things that I didn't need to. I was in and out and even had time to share a funny story with their team. Great place where they make you feel welcome like I've been coming there for years. Keep up the great work and I'll be coming back for sure.
This place is great!! Always a friendly staff and happy to answer any questions you might have, And as a veteran, I appreciate their discount always. Keep up the great job guys and gals The order in which cars are serviced is a little confusing. I was second To be serviced, and another car came around and was serviced before me and the person before me. A little bit more clarity outside the bay’s would be nice.
Went for a routine oil change. Dave was very , kind,patient, and professional. I am a 74 year-old woman who got a new used car and did not know how to open the hood. He was so kind and didn't make me feel embarrassed or ignorant. It's hard to get good customer service these days so when you do, I'm more than willing to fill out a survey. I feel that Dave is a great manager and an asset to Take 5
