10/10 the montrose location was amazing. The gentlemen were very kind and nice and this was the fastest oil change I’ve had in a long time. I used to go to a different take 5 location because it was closer but, that location just wasn’t good. I would wait 10-20 minutes before even being greeted and therefore would get trapped I line. I was ready to give up on take 5 all together but decided to come try the montrose one first and glad I did. Have recommend my family/friends to also check out this location.
Katherine Lee,I've used them twice and both times they were efficient, respectful and friendly. They give every customer a cold bottled water while you wait. Unfortunately this location doesn't offer e-check like many of the other local take 5 locations. Their Price point is a bit higher but it is done fast, without an appointment, so it's super convenient and imo justified some of the cost. There are often online coupons available that can be texted to you. I was able to use a $25.00 off so the cost was close to $100.00 for the most basic package for my vehicle that takes all synthetic oil. My vehicle uses 6.5 quarts not the typical priced out 5 quarts so there is an added $15.00 for difference. They do include a general all around tire and fluid check.
Ivy Lane,I totally appreciate those that took care of me. They did with laughter even though they had no air conditioning and sweating like crazy. They smiled and worked. Whoever is in charge of that place they need to get them air and a bonus. I'm calling corporate because they need some help. But they were wonderful
Shaleasha Yates,Recently brought in my new/used car for an e check. The guys were friendly, helpful and then let me know that the vehicle has a 6 year waiver. No e check needed. Plus, my passenger and I each got a bottle of water. I have taken my previous car in for both e check and oil change. This is a great location and it really is a 5 Minute Oil Change.

They make sure that I get all of the services that I need. They are very personable, and as I stated before, our like family!
