I had a wonderful experience with the guys down at Take 5 today. Usually I visit Valvoline but they were closed and I needed my service done today lucky they were open here another 2 hours after Valvoline closed. It was a little tricky you have to go in on Elida Road past Easttown Road drive around the front to the back of both the Take 5 and the Car wash that is where you can find the loading bays and the entrance to the car wash. Aiden and Skyler we're super helpful and completely transparent with me about the things I needed today vs the things I could wait for another paycheck to do later! I will be returning to them for my filters next paycheck!
Giving 4 stars for their expediant service ! Went for oil change only. Greeted right away, very friendly. No wait. Where it goes off track is first. They checked differential without asking, wasn't there for that. Then they explain that their deal is only up to 5 quarts so I get charged premium price for the other two and a half quarts. Truck holds 7.5 , which is very common today so to only cover 5 quarts with no deal for trucks or vehicles that hold more. Tried to up-sell everything except the kitchen sink to me. I did get high mileage synthetic oil and a upgraded oil filter but all in all over $200 for a oil change is quite steep. When its worth the trouble and cost to change your own oil, and take used oil to any part store to get rid of............and it took WAY longer then 5 minutes !
Always do a good job, was a little slower this time but they were training a new employee. For training I'd rather wait a little longer so they learn the job rather than rushing. She was very attentive and seemed to want to learn and kept busy with areas she was already trained on. The guys were very patient so it was only right if I was also. Gave 4 🌟 only because I never give 5. There's always room for improvement somewhere. Great experience as usual.
