I came in for an oil change about 20 minutes before they closed, and they still took me in with no problem. Everyone was super kind and made the whole experience really easy. They even gave me a water bottle while I waited, which was really nice. They walked me through the prices and explained everything without making me feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need like some other places do. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
Quick visit to this location after my low tire pressure sensor activated earlier this morning. I pulled in and asked the staff to check my tire pressure and assess my tires for any signs of leaks. Taylor & a younger man (I didn’t catch his name) were both so very kind, respectful, and quick. I appreciate their efficiency and thoroughness with helping me and my tires this evening. Puts my mind at ease after having horrible experiences in the past with flat tires in unfamiliar areas.
I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 today! They handled my oil change and cabin air filter replacement quickly and professionally. The whole service took less than 15 minutes, which is impressive. Tech Nirmal was outstanding. He explained the entire oil change process and took the time to show me my old cabin air filter, which was very dirty. He clearly explained the benefits of replacing it, which really helped me understand why it was important. He answered all my questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Super quick, clean, and reliable service. I highly recommend Take 5 — I’d easily give them a 10/10! Will definitely be back. Thank you, Nirmal and the team!
