Service was great and my vehicle was treated with care ,staff was very friendly and professional .but I would like to have been able to decide for myself if I wanted synthetic blend no matter what year my car is, it is my car and my money I want to decide what is used for my vehicle without being forced to use a certain package by a company. Thanks for listening to my comments please don’t force me to not use something you offer if I choose to use it, you offer it, it’s my choice thank you.
This was first time here and I will most definitely be returning. I usually go to Firestone, but was looking for a cheaper alternative. The staff was very nice and personable. They didn't push me to do the upsales that most places do. They were fast and efficient and even found that Firestone had put the wrong filter on at my previous oil change! Would recommend these guys!
Great service, quick & easy. Valvoline line was four deep… so much for “instant oil change.” Pulled right up here w/o a wait and the staff treated me like a VIP.
