As a sales professional, I completely understand the sales aspect of their job. What stood out to me was Devin’s approach in how he pitched me on anything in addition to an oil change. He very clearly laid out my options and made suggestions to me that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable as oftentimes sales would. Jeremy displayed several great and noticeable characteristics as a team player as he was working to get me an additional oil additive I requested. Cain and Jeremy both displayed great leadership qualities as they helped some newer team members get the job done. A great work environment leads to better results and I’m super happy with the results today!
I brought my new vehicle in yesterday for an oil change, and Nirmal and his team provided outstanding service. Nirmal was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He not only performed the oil change efficiently but also took the time to educate me about my vehicle’s coolant specifications and noted that it would be due for service soon. He also recommended replacing the air filter and cabin filter, and even pulled up the service history on Carfax to show me when they were last done. As a recent car buyer, I had no idea I could access that level of service history, and I really appreciated the transparency. Nirmal’s attention to detail and customer-focused approach made the entire experience excellent. 10/10 – I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change, and specifically Nirmal. He’s a great asset to the team and deserves recognition for the quality of service he provides.
