They were super kind and got to work immediately. They informed me that I needed to change some of my filters as well as my oil change I came for. The cost was fair for everything. Johnathan and Charles worked on my car and provided me with ample information I wouldn’t have known beforehand. I was also shown how to reset my maintenance alert system. I usually have to look up how to after getting my car serviced because places don’t reset them. I really appreciated all of their help, attention to detail, speedy service and kindness!
My experience was okay, expect for when the main person who was doing my oil change called the worker dumb for not knowing how to reset an oil light. The same man also said they don’t check transmission fluid. Then Tim came and asked do I have any questions about my oil change and experience today to told him my concern about my transmission fluid and he helped me and checked it, which was low and topped it off. Tim need a promotion he was patient and looked up where my transmission fluid go. For the other guy Dylan I think that’s his name really didn’t care about my car nor discounts. He got upset a car drove off.
Dylan and his Laurence provided service that went way beyond their duties by helping me when my car broke down in front of their Take 5. They ran a diagnostic, helped me contact AAA, and provided a safe place for me to park while I awaited the tow truck. Dylan even topped off my wiper fluid while I waited. I cannot express how relieved and grateful I am because of their kindness. You should be proud of having such caring employees. They certainly have made me a new customer!
