Late review but I had to make sure I gave shout out to the wonderful techs who serviced our jeep. Great Experience William & Dajuon took really good care of our jeep. They were fast & knowledgeable, overall great experience. Got there last minute & it was extremely hot out but they did not let the heat or us coming last minute stop them from giving us exceptional quality service. I appreciate them for making sure we were taken care of in a timely manor & the job done right. We will be going back & recommending this location as well!!! Only advice I would give is company allowing techs to take tips for their hard work & exceptional customer service, they deserve them.
Blessed,Take 5 on West Broad was phenomenal. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsale A bunch of services. They were efficient and professional. I felt so bad they were working in the heat so i drove back and gave them so cold water and snacks. Highly recommend.
Melissa Rumer,Kyle and Gavin did a wonderful job and they discovered a loose oil cap from my previous change and fixed it. I was very happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this location. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Carolyn Hill,The overall experience was good they gave me a bottle of water while they serviced my car, and they gave me a break on my oil change since they didn't have the right grade of oil my takes so they gave me a higher cost oil change with the right weight of oil for less than it normally costs.
