I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change on North Hamilton Road, location #3002. Mackay, JJ, and Rio were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. My service ended up costing almost twice what I was expecting, and they could tell I was concerned about the unexpected expense. They genuinely tried to help me, and ultimately took care of it for me as a courtesy, simply saying they wanted me to have a great day. That level of compassion and customer service is rare, and it truly meant more to me than they probably realized. They didn’t just take care of my vehicle—they treated me like a person. I’m extremely grateful and will absolutely return to this location. Mahkaiy, JJ, and Rio deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you all for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
I usually use valvoline but had to pivot this time, the team members were great and because I snuck over during my lunch break their speed was a major plus! Absolutely won't hesitate if I ever need to return! I did select that is felt it was a little pricey but it's a minor complaint due to the staff and I honestly think everything is pricey
Jahwaune and Mahkhaiy were AMAZING! They got me in and out super fast when I was on a very tight schedule these two are very professional, friendly and efficient.
