Always great service at the Beechmont location! They do their best to stay true to their slogan by getting you in and out of the oil change bay in 10 minutes or less without cutting corners! They have always used dealer recommended/better grade products and will match competitors coupons or even offer a better price if able. They also offer free top off service for any fluids in between oil changes if you stop by one of their locations and show them your sticker including windshield washer fluid and up to 2 quarts of free oil if needed.
Stephanie Strunk,Like many others, with the coming Arctic blast, I wanted my oil changed, fluids, etc. Pulled in Saturday, just ahead of the storm, 9° out and they were pretty busy. 3 guys running the show. It didn't matter it was freezing (and the huge doors were up and down, up and down), they worked as a team to get us all taken care of. Shayne finished up on my car & happily stepped BACK outside to guide me out. All in a good mood, working quickly, and freezing cold!!! I came back with a hot pizza for them 😂👍

B.,They went above and beyond, they found out that I had an oil hose that popped off and they fixed it for me and reclamped it with a new clamp and washed all the oil off of my engine, which I think was super nice, also gave me advice of where to go to check and make sure that the engine was okay after having oil. All over the place. And let me know that my air filter needed to be changed, and we got that done too ever since my car now takes off the way it's supposed to. So I Thank them very much for what they did.
Willow Jade Qn-Phoenix,The only place I ever get my oil change usually really good and quick but this time they pulled out my air filter and said it was burnt up look like it been pride out with a crowbar. Like I’m supposed to buy a new one for the only one that ever change my air filter, they straighten it out and put it back in. Oh yeah, this time they didn’t have no hair so they couldn’t top off my washer fluid or check my air pressure in my tires
