My car broke down on the road today and I was stuck. The whole team at Take Five came out to the road to help me. Everyone pitched in to push my car into their parking lot, then they jumped it so I could get back on the road. They weren't thinking about money or what they could sell me. They just saw someone in need and helped. It's rare to find a place that treats people like people first and customers second. Their kindness, patience, and honesty really stood out. If you want a shop that cares about you and not just your wallet, this is the place. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be telling everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team! 🙏
I went to this location as the second option since when I arrived at their Barberton location, I was greeted with “are you just getting a top off or air in your tires?” I said no I’m here for an oil change, he said “bro you should’ve been here earlier, we only have 3 people here”. I said you close at 5pm right? This was at 3:10pm mind you, and the name of the place is Take 5, meaning it doesn’t take hours, lol. Arlington had 2 people and did a fantastic job!
All three guys on staff were a GREAT team! Not only were they quick, but their personalities were family-like, and I felt like they had my best interest and safety at heart. Also worth mentioning, another customer came while I was there, and she was not nice at all. They dealt with her in the nicest way, and it was admirable. (I'm not sure I would have responded to her so kindly, to be honest. ) I'll definitely be back!
