This is my first visit to take five as I've never heard of them but I thought I'd give them a try while I was traveling in the Bismarck area. Mariah Brandon and the general manager were absolutely amazing! Brandon answered my questions patiently and with care to making sure that I understood what was going on with the servicing of my vehicle and questions that he didn't have the answers to he referred to his general manager who was quick to respond as well. There was also a young lady there named Jessica it was very personable also. There was another gentleman whose position I don't recall, his name was TJ. This was an amazing experience this facility. I am big on great customer service and I feel that that is what I received.
The team at Take5 Oil did a fantastic job of changing my oil, topping off my fluids, and checking filters/tire pressures! I felt my car was well cared for and it was great to be in and out of their shop in such a quick time. They even offered us waters which was nice since it was so hot outside that day! Very friendly and easy to work with, I’d recommend them to anyone who needs the convenience of a quick and thorough oil change.
It is the first time using 5 minutes oil change. It was a great experience especially not having to exit my vehicle is a definite plus. Great service and very clean shop and great folks. Yes I’ll be using them for my next service.
