⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Take 5 in Shelby! Terry (the light-skinned guy) was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. If he isn’t already, I think he’d make a great manager. He carries himself like a leader, keeps things running smoothly, and provides the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning because of the experience I had!
I had a great experience at Take5. You can tell they really value their customers and do right by them. There were only 2 people on duty when I went and I still received fast and thorough service. Silas did my oil change and was kind to offer me a water. Dylan was very professional and kind. He provided amazing customer service which is something I truly value in this day and age. Don’t second guess going to this location!
Great visit! I was able to drive in after work and quickly get my car taken care of. Everyone was very nice and respectful. Definitely will go back again Update! I returned for a second visit for my oil change, but I also needed an inspection and windshield wiper blades. These guys really are super friendly (Elijah, Pavel, Viral, Alex) and I felt comfortable that I was being given a fair deal and getting everything taken care of in a timely manner. I'm always uncomfortable when it comes to car matters, but I'm so happy I found this business! Fast affordable And most importantly, I feel comfortable and confident the job was done right. Thank you again!
