Kudos entire team on 4.12.24 all of which either took time to ensure all checks were made on my vehicle but also made the experience comfortable being it was a hot day they were all in super great spirits and I was accompanied by my 1 year old they all made him feel very happy which helped of course with his patience sitting through the line as they were servicing multiple vehicles tashaiah and team were great 👍🏽 super informative and relatable which makes take 5 my go to time after time I've had some not so friendly services here but they made it worth reconnecting and I'll be back for sure -McKay family
Jarred Mckay,The guys in there today were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even though they did not have my filter in stock, they filled my windshield fluid and cleaned my windshield for me for free anyways and were very nice about it. By the way, get them boys some fans or air conditioning, they need it at the one on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. It was hotter in there than it was outside but them boys were still working hard.

Capital Blvd Raleigh Worst experience ever. sat for 20 minutes with no contact, workers looking right at me. three bays with cars. nobody working on them. guys were paying more attention to joking around rather than doing their job. took three of them to get the new air filter in. Had to ask twice to check tire pressure, no windshield cleaning, they are horrible, not interested in anything to do with customer service.

Monica Bustamante,They were with 2 cars in 3 bays maybe they felt rushed but they did not reset my check engine light and do they still check fluids and top off? Didn’t get that service either 😟 So I revisited the location and received great customer service. They reset my dashboard light and checked the services that were marked on my itemized receipt. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
