Because of that, I actually chose to take care of it on the spot—less hassle later, and I trusted the recommendation. Joey and Micah were polite, helpful, funny and really helped me understand what I did and did not need for my oil change. No pushy upsell, just some helpful advice and a bit of banter then on with my day. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a Take Five and I absolutely will go back thanks to them.

Only took my car in the other day for a top up on my oil and they noticed something wrong when I popped the hood. Dominic and Anthony took care of me & went above and beyond what they had to. They told me what part to grab at Lowe’s across the street and I went back and they fixed it for me. They didn’t have to do that but they did. Thank you guys!!

I got an oil change by Earl and Josh. They went over and beyond and made sure my car was in good condition and up to date on the filters etc. I mentioned to Earl that some of my undercarriages may have been coming loose and he went under the car and made sure it was all secure and also made sure I have my oil pan all good too. Absolutely happy with this experience! First time visiting the Indian Trail location and definitely will be back! Thank you again so much
