I got an oil change by Earl and Josh. They went over and beyond and made sure my car was in good condition and up to date on the filters etc. I mentioned to Earl that some of my undercarriages may have been coming loose and he went under the car and made sure it was all secure and also made sure I have my oil pan all good too. Absolutely happy with this experience! First time visiting the Indian Trail location and definitely will be back! Thank you again so much

The clinicians that change the oil and rotate my tires, were great! Anything I ask about they were more than ready to tell me and explain a few things about oil life and topping off your oil, such as that. Very professional, polite, and helpful Also changed air filter

I recommend this place to everybody. The staff at this specific location are always so sweet and never pushy. I went today for my oil change and already having a somewhat rough day misheard one of the employees saying start your engine, thinking it was to me but was actually to somebody else. Oil went flying and i immediately shut my engine off mortified. Marcus was beyond sweet. He cleaned everything up from degreasing everything to rinsing it off with the hose and making sure everything was dry so i was safe to drive with my three kids. Truly can’t recommend them enough. Fast, knowledgeable and customer service is top notch! Thank yall so much!
