Today was my second visit. The first time was an oil change and this visit was a coolant flush/refill. Both times were 5 star great experiences. They are always friendly, happy to help, & efficient. They do a great job explaining what they're doing as the service is being done. This is my favorite place now for service. Thanks to Dawsyn & Darian today for doing such a great job and for being so nice, friendly, & helpful. You made my visit very enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
Man these guys were really good. Landon was so professional and respectful for a younger guy . We had taken our jeep to a quick lube in Morganton nc and they royally screwed up our oil cap housing and drain plug. They showed me where they rounded off the oil filter housing and drain plug. Fixed them both after I ran to orileys and got a new one. Absolutely flawless job boys. I’ll tell my wife to come here next time and not the jack holes at quick lube 🙏💪
stopped by to get an oil change and tire rotation, guys did a good job, professional, polite . Roxie deserves special mention, she was on point, by far the best service writer I have had contact with, you need to make her a trainer. it was a pleasure to do business with her. in a day when it is so hard to get good customer service she was excellent.
