Oil Change Service W Gate City Blvd

Today, I was out running errands. I saw a guy standing on the side of the street with a sign by Take 5 oil change (Nyrell). I pulled in and I was greeted by a young man named Caleb. He was pleasant and offered me a cold bottle of water. He was Awesome!!! He was kind and knowledgeable. He and Nyrell took great care of my needs. They explained things to me. They seem to care about me as a person. You truly don't get great customer service like that anymore. A great shout out to them. This was my first time going there and it is My new place for a oil change. Lastly, the manager was nice also. He introduced himself. They all work very well together. There is a sign as you drive out. Honk if you are Happy!!! I did just that. Great Job Guys!

I went here for the first time yesterday and I am so happy I did! Everyone who helped me was so friendly and awesome. Just really great service. Like one gentleman walked me through how to access the air filter in the cabin, even asked if I had any perfume I would like him to spray on the replacement filter to make it smell all fancy. 🙏🩵 Just really went above and beyond and seemed genuinely friendly. My husband went there the other day for the first time as well and he thought they were awesome, too. Oh, they also walked me through resetting the dashboard oil chamge service alert! Definitely check them out I will never take my car anywhere else for an oil change in the Gboro with service this good. Also: free ice cold bottled water the minute I rolled up.

I recently received exceptional service from John Barr, Shop Manager, Daron Knight, Jadae, and my technician, Caleb Simmons, at Take 5 Oil Change #1812, 4637 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC. Each staff member demonstrated respect, professionalism, and courtesy towards me. During my visit, I was offered a cold bottle of water and enjoyed the praise and worship music playing in the background. I was also able to utilize my coupons, further enhancing my experience. I was long overdue for an oil change and realized a new location had opened. I came in this past weekend to have my oil changed. I was greeted and service to my vehicle started quickly. All prices and services provided were explained to me in detail. The most favorite part of my experience is when Daron and John discovered a faulty part under my hood, took me to the side of the car, showed and explained the importance of it. Daron even went the extra mile and contacted Autozone to price the part for me!! The men that worked this day went over and beyond for me and it was greatly appreciated!!!

Jacob was an excellent mechanic. From the moment I arrived, he made sure I was taken care of right away and kept me informed throughout the entire oil change process. He also completed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and recommended additional services, including replacing my filters. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this location because of the great experience I received.
