Nice stop to get my new (used car) serviced. I was disappointed to drive a car off a lot and discover I needed an oil change, but to be shown my cabin and air filters that looked like they had never been changed! The crew took care of me quickly though. Enjoyed how peaceful the shop was, despite being there close to end time, they were all patient. While others would have an attitude about having to stay late, this shop was more than willing to get me taken care of, and they did a wonderful job making sure all my fluids were topped, and my new car feels new now. Thank you!!!
I went here on the second day,they opened was not expecting much. They had twenty five dollars off their synthetic blend premium. So my total was a $113 at the end . I was highly impressed with these guys did not expect this at all. First things first, they do not take the oil pan cap off to drain the oil. They used a machine to suck it out. I've heard about this, but never seen it done. I go go there and this is very common in today's old places, much reliable in less chance of screwing something up down below.Also time saving. I did not want to stay in my car.So the guys let me stand beside the door and watch them do the services for me, they did everything they're supposed to and beyond.I definitely will be back at this location.... I highly recommend everybody give this place a chance. And I don't know why people are on the internet saying, they've had problems with this place.There's no way if they do their service, the way they did it.And I have a high end audi.q52024.. Turbo... I forgot the 2 guys' names, but they were awesome. Also, if the management is reading this, they were the ones who opened up the first few days.They were both great guys.Please give them credit, they deserve it. It came from their heart... It's not about speed, it's about how you do the job and you do it right the first time. That's what they did... Thank you!!!
Julie Everhart....took customer service to the next level. I had a daughter on a road trip when a check engine light came on...Julie jumped through hoops to help my daughter address the issues and explain them to us in our terms and then made a few calls to get us fixed and back on the road. What an amazing experience and not one that you get these days. If you want to know that you and your car are taken care of ....this is the place for you. Thank you Julie
