Oil Change in Fayetteville, NC at 4794 Raeford Road

Wow! Where do I start? First I was greeted with such happiness and genuine enthusiasm from Ed which set the tone for the whole time and it didn't disappoint. They gave me a VERY cold water which is probably one of my favorite parts. It was super hot and the water was borderline frozen - perfection. Then Jered (I believe that was his name) was so helpful and just as happy. The whole vibe of the place was amazing. They were talking and having a great, but incredibly professional, time. You would not have been able to tell they were working in the heat like they were and doing back to back oil changes. This is hands down the best experience I've ever had for an oil change!

I had a great experience at Take 5. From the moment I pulled in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Ed and Mike were especially helpful, they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciated. It honestly felt like they cared more about doing what was right for my car than just trying to make extra money. They were polite, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

I went to take 5 location off Raeford Road and I was greeted with a cold bottle of water. It was a very hot day thank you Ashley. Then once I enter to get the oil change I receive excellent service from isia he went over the different types of oil change and he checked out the car and let me know if I needed to replace anything like the filters and coolant system. All of the guys who assisted him were professional too. I will return to the store off of Raeford Road. I. Am an happy customer. Customer service was excellent service

Malik, at Take 5 on Raeford rd, is making America great again! He made me feel comfortable asking questions about my oil change, as it was my first visit to a Take 5 establishment. He answered and explained EVERY question knowledgeably and patiently. When I asked for a service T5 did not offer, he pointed me in the right direction with a business card and a name. It was great receiving old fashioned, good customer service. Also, I did not know the technicians could be tipped, so I will return just to do so.

This was my first time visiting Take 5 and I was very happy with the services I received. Upon arrival I was given a bottle of water and offered fruit snacks for my daughter, which was a nice touch. I didn't even have to get out of my car, which after going to several other places to try to get my oil changed that morning, was a relief. The shop manager and his team were quick, professional, and extremely helpful in working with my budget. Thank you all again for your help, it is much appreciated!
