In my experience, car service businesses don’t typically have the best hospitality or the most welcoming atmosphere. This place is the exception. The staff here are kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. Today, Colin handled my oil change, replaced my cabin air filter, and performed a coolant service. He was very helpful and made the entire process easy to understand. I’d say their services are a little more expensive than some other places… but the pricing is very reasonable. You can just pull up without an appointment. Very convenient! Great service and an even better team. This Take 5 location has built a strong team. Give them all raises!
I came in this morning for just an oil change and found out I needed a new air filter, engine filter, and a coolant exchange sometime soon. I was overwhelmed with the information I was given and with the pricing and how much everything might cost but Sam, Waverly, and Cullen took such good care of me. They broke everything down for me in a way I could understand and made me laugh and smile along the way. I will be coming back to this exact location for anything else I need. Their customer service was impeccable and I was in and out of there so fast.

He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their work, and Waverly definitely does. I appreciate the fast service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Waverly if you visit Take 5!
