The whole crew did great in my brief time there. I got oil, both differentials, and the other fluids topped off. I was in and out within 30 minutes and it only took that long because of the time to drain the differentials. I’ve had problems with take 5’s before but they’re just so convenient it’s hard to not go there after work for simple things like fluids. These guys were the best take 5 crew I’ve encountered. Since I got both differentials, they gave me a discount as well. Seemed like an all around good crew so I reckon I’d recommend them
Fantastic experience at Take 5! When I first arrived, I was greeted with a smile and an ice cold bottle of water from Zadi (I sure hope I am spelling that correctly!) on a 90+ degree North Carolina late summer afternoon. All of the automotive techs were extremely personable. The professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. Being a registered nurse (and formerly a naval officer), I really appreciated the way they utilized closed loop communication to ensure accuracy for obtaining the correct materials, etc. One of the things I enjoy most about Take 5 is the convenience of being able to stay in my car while the service(s) are being completed. Those tiny waiting areas can get incredibly uncomfortable when you’ve got a 2:1 people to chair ratio, and some of them are having FaceTime conversations on speaker (full volume) or watching TikTok / YouTube videos so loudly that everyone waiting can hear their conversations or video content, whether you like it or not. This is the second Take 5 I’ve been to in my area and it has been a 5 star experience every time. This is now my “go-to” place when I need an oil change. Oh and the 25% discount for military veterans and active duty personnel was an awesome surprise! I’ll be seeing y’all in another 2,987 miles.
Cullen who assisted me, was patient and knowledgeable about my oil change questions and process. It was my first time using Take 5 services and it proved to be a smooth experience that I plan to not only return in the future, but tell others in my area about. The manager on staff, Alicia, was welcoming along with the other well articulate technicians, Waverly and Zadi. The service was fast and level of care was greatly appreciated.
