I had a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Waverly! He was professional, friendly, and made the entire oil change process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their work, and Waverly definitely does. I appreciate the fast service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Waverly if you visit Take 5!

I would recommend this specific Take 5 and its staff to anyone- I just had the most relaxing and most knowledgeable oil change I’ve ever had. The staff were so smart and responsible, could answer all of my (probably stupid) car questions, and got me in and out in no time. They were so friendly and kind on top of the amazing service! I would only ever go back here and would recommend you do the same.

Service was a bit slow - but being a new location I suspect that it will improve. What I WILL say is that the customer service was higher than expected with free water bottles for waiting customers and no super high pressure sales tactics. More important, however, is that I could visibly see work was being performed. It does happen where scummy oil change places don’t actually change your oil (look into it). Here I could visibly see the oil being sucked out and put back, and felt the person changing the filter. They also performed an oil pressure check by having the customer rev to 3k rpm. Not experienced that before but it gave me confidence!

The team at this Take 5 location is fantastic! I had just gotten an oil change yesterday at a local chain and found that my car was leaking oil but didn’t realize it was happening until after they were closed for the weekend. I brought the car by Take 5 this morning and they were able to figure out the issue and help us get it resolved! Their professionalism and good vibes definitely brought in a new customer today! I’ll be planning my oil changes with them from now on. I appreciate the transparency about their whole process and it’s cool to see them all work as a team to take care of people’s cars!
