What an outstanding experience from start to finish! I stopped in for an oil change. Left with a coolant service (that I needed), and new wiper blades, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of professionalism and service. I was doing a favor for my aunt, but would highly recommend anyone I know. I especially want to recognize Sundai, the manager. She is incredibly sharp, knowledgeable, and clearly runs a tight ship! You can tell a lot about a leader by the way their team responds to them, and the respect she commands is unmatched. Her leadership is evident in the entire operation. And then there’s Logan, my service advisor. What a bright, up-and-coming star! Professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a great customer experience. He has a very promising future ahead of him. As someone who appreciates great leadership and exceptional customer service, I recognize excellence when I see it. This team absolutely delivers! If you’re looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced where professionalism, efficiency, and customer care are clearly priorities, look no further. Highly recommend!
Knowledge staff. I came in for an oil change not realizing that I was actually quite a bit early for my change. They have a weird way of putting the due date on their stickers. So the person in charge talked to me about my options and I decided just to get a top off for a reasonable price. I was so grateful to work with someone so honest. Oil changes have gotten so out of control expensive, it was really nice to have someone be real with me.
The whole crew did great in my brief time there. I got oil, both differentials, and the other fluids topped off. I was in and out within 30 minutes and it only took that long because of the time to drain the differentials. I’ve had problems with take 5’s before but they’re just so convenient it’s hard to not go there after work for simple things like fluids. These guys were the best take 5 crew I’ve encountered. Since I got both differentials, they gave me a discount as well. Seemed like an all around good crew so I reckon I’d recommend them
