I had an exceptional experience at Take 5 on Monroe. The manager and assistant manager took care of my oil change and filter replacements as well as filling my tires. They explained everything they were doing and were very pleasant. The great customer service extended to the next day when I realized I had lost my wedding ring at some point the day I got my oil changed. I called Take 5 and they immediately went through camera footage to make sure I had my ring on while I was there. This greatly narrowed my search for it (I found it!) and was so nice of them to help. Will be going back for any and all oil changes and tire fill ups in the future!! Thank you Take 5 team!!!
I pulled up at Take 5 around 5:30pm on a Monday afternoon and there were about 5 cars ahead of me, I was convinced I would be waiting forever. Thankfully, Eli and his team were super quick, thorough, and educated me throughout the process. It took maybe 30 minutes from the time I pulled in to leaving. Eli was very kind and made sure to explain every step. It didn't feel like they were trying to upcharge me for unnecessary services either. I will definitely be back to this location. 10/10 service, thank you guys so much!
On pFebruary, 2024 I went to have an oil change done at Take 5 on Monroe/ Wendover Rd in Charlotte NC and a worker name. Ryan broke my dipstick. I have a Mercedes-Benz S550 and it cost $70 plus tax when I went to get reimbursed for their mishaps gave them 3 copies of my receipt they gave me the runaround all the way up until today, 5/5/24 and I don’t think that’s fair they blame it on their district manager I still haven’t been compensated I guess I gotta go to civil court
