Oil Change in Asheville, NC at 1093 Tunnel Rd

First time visit. Recommended by family member who lives in the area. Went in for an oil change during our cross country travel. Had a very short wait then four people worked on the car like a NASCAR pit crew. I really appreciated the professionalism and quality control. Shout out to Rain, Sierra, JT and Hayden for the great service. I'd definitely recommend this Asheville "Take 5" shop to family and friends.

I had the basic core oil change and was happy to use a coupon, as they usually offer, to save some money. It was a quick change at about tens mins and the technicians were swift, professional, polite, and gave the basic info one wants to know to keep the car maintained. Thats always been my experience here- that seem honest and knowledgable and I like to return here for my changes.

Came in for oil change and got excellent service. My fluids were checked, windshield cleaned, wipers checked, the oil change and plenty of smiles. I will definitely come back. I did come back to get some air in my tire and they checked my fluids, and added some oil that I needed until I could get back for my oil change, because I didn't have time. Great employees, I highly recommend...and if you are a first responder, you get 25% off!

For an oil change place where you sit in your car, this was a great experience. Had my toddler with me, and when Josh heard her talking he offered a juice box and snacks. It totally changed the trajectory of the visit and made her day! Xaivier and Josh were both very professional and communication was great. They also gave me a 50% off coupon for next visit. Will definitely be back.

Hi, well this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in an auto shop! It was quick, but efficient, and the attention to detail was personalized. This is important especially for me as a person (and female) who has a limited knowledge of mechanics. The service members were kind, professional, and informed me about every detail of the service as it was happening without being patronizing in any way. Another aspect of the service that I really appreciated was that as each service was being performed, team members were calling out what they were doing. “Engine on!” “Transmission check!” Etc etc. Again while I don’t know much about mechanics, I do know that this is a sign of extreme professionalism (and safety) in every industry I’ve worked in. Thank you to all the staff at this Take 5 for making my oil change and coolant flush painless (you should see what my dirty old coolant liked, they show you afterward, it definitely needed it!). Special thanks to the manager, John, who came to my window to specifically ask about how satisfied I was with the service, and to JT, who was very friendly and helped service both of my cars! (Bonus: free top off of liquids, which in this economy makes a big difference! And they even cleaned my windshield!)
