OIL CHANGE REVIEWS FOR TAKE 5 LOCATION #1800
This was my first time visit. The technicians were professional. It was well coordinated, clean and modern. Efficient service. I stayed in my car. Explained what they were doing and the prices for what i needed. This was May in Buffalo. It was 40 degrees and wind was whipping. I understand corporate headquarters needs the bay doors open, but I felt sorry for the frozen workers. It was too cold and similar service centers keep the doors down and a sign that they are open.

Another oil change place actually let air out of my tire by mistake, and I didn’t realize it until later. These guys stepped in and helped me put air back in my tire, which I really appreciated. They also topped off my fluids and made sure everything was good to go. The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced in the area—friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. I would definitely recommend this place.

They change my filters I didn't even know I had were dirty and test radiator fluid and test many things its worth it to me . The people are super friendly and good. They are fast too . Nicole Glowacki,Overall my service experience was just fine, however my concern is the technician who was taking care of my car kept mumbling to himself and to his coworker how the company didn't seem to value its employees and that he was quitting. If this is true and he felt so strongly to continue this conversation in front of customers, I doubt I will return as a customer because such a company who does not value its employees is not a company that I , as a customer can value in return.
