Jeremiah & Seth helped us. This was our second time using Take 5 in Olean NY They were great, they explained everything first prior to starting anything They checked the car & showed us the readings before the oil was added & after. We thought we needed a full oil change & they explained the sticker & we were ok & when to come back. They did a top off of the oil & there was no charge. They made sure everything was perfect before we left, we never had to exit the car. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable & friendly & my husband & I enjoyed speaking with them. We are definitely going to go back to Take 5 Oil Change & I recommend them highly
There were 3 men that waited on us. We were greeted with smiles, bottles of ice cold water, and kind/attentiveness! The oil plug was so tight, it took some time to get off. He didn't give up! The guys checked my air filter, air in my tires, and antifreeze. They even had ideas for me to check out as my air conditioner hasn't been working, and everywhere we have turned, had not been successful. I can't say enough about how fabulous these guys are!!!!

They were honest, courteous, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
