I had trouble finding a convenient time for an oil change at the dealership. My husband used Take 5 and liked them so I decided to give them a try. They were very friendly, worked efficiently, and gave military discounts. I liked the transparency of the work they were doing. At the dealership they take your car away and you just hope and trust that they did the worked that you paid for. They were a bit busy when I went in but they gave us water and checked on us as we waited. I was probably out of there in 45 minutes which was so much more convenient than the dealership. I will definitely use them again.

Already knew it needed to be replaced. -No brainer. I just needed a quick quality oil change without any of the BS sales pitches attached to it. Prices were set and discounts honored. Unlike some local competitors. 😂😂😂 Monro. They should be professional scalpers. The best part of is the “if you come back, free fluid top-off’s” with another discount coupon. Most places don’t care about repeat customers. Cold, but, true. So in most cases no discounts and offers offered after a first visit with. Usually such adds or perks are to attract new customers only. -Fun customer service, no sitting in a lobby or waiting room. +1 star -Quality technicians who know what’s up +1 star -Quality oil change +1 star -Recommending an air filter replacement without having to make another appointment!? +1 star -Overall vibes were great, service was great. Made my day better when I was already having a bad one.. 5 Stars and well earned. Keep real friends I will be back!
